Embodied Wellbeing offers a new approach to wellbeing, mental health and psychotherapy. What is stopping you from having a sense of emotional wellbeing, being contented and happy, feeling a deep sense of connection to yourself and others, and having a body that is strong, healthy and pain-free? Our therapy consists of NLP psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and yoga therapy for effective relief of symptoms.

Embodied Living Therapy combines self relations therapy, neuro-linguistic psychotherapy, yoga therapy, mindfulness and acupressure and energy system work to successfully treat conditions such as Depression, Anxiety states, Panic disorder, Painful memories, Low self confidence, Anger, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Stress, Chronic pain, insomnia, Back and neck pain, Hypertension.

Embodied Living Therapy works with the whole body-mind to restore us to a state of embodied wellbeing. Using the wisdom of the body to heal the mind, and tapping into the power of the mind – actually ‘three minds’ – to heal the body, using a self relations approach. This, combined with cognitive behavioural therapy, yoga therapy and mindfulness, routinely treats these (and more) emotional and physical problems, returning you to emotional and physical wellbeing.
